Elizabeth Craft Designs June Challenge "Hexagons"

Hi,

It's time for the Elizabeth Craft Designs Challenge and this month we are playing with Hexagons!
I Love Joset's Flamingo's and decided to give them a watercolor body using my Daniel Smith Watercolors. Two of my favorite things are Flamingo's and Watercolors oh and of course Owls :)
The Fitted and Stitched Hexagon sets are perfect for framing many things and that is what I did here today!

Here is my card....

I also used Joset's words for the Friends and stacked it up with pink underneath the white.

A really easy card and a fun one to send to a friend!

A Tropical Drink Miss You Card!

Hi,

I LOVE the New Summer Drink die set by Joset for Elizabeth Craft Designs.  I knew when I saw it I needed to make a shaker out of it....

Here Is My Card:

I colored the fruit, the straw, and umbrella with copic markers

For the shaker mix I used MFT frosted Ice Cubes and Sprinkles by Lucy's Little Things.

A Summer Camp Miss You card.....

Hi,

A friend of my daughters had seen the tent cards I made using New dies by Karen Burniston and asked if I could make her a card to send to her son while he was at camp.  This set is perfect for that and this card went together really fast.  The papers I used are really old from my stash.....

Here is the front of the card....

I just love all the Camping charms and couldn't resist using them all on the front....

Here is the card as it opens....

And the card all opened up flat!

I just love this die set so perfect for so many things......and easy to do too!!

Happy Birthday with a Pretty Daisy!

Hi,

I usually make a few flowers of the same when I create a card, I had this Shasta Daisy left over and decided to put it onto a card using New Suzanne Cannon's A Way With Words dies! I Love the Fly and Scrap Paper by Moda Scrap and decided to make a pastel card with Pops of black for something different!

That Shasta Daisy is one of my very favorites to create as it is so fast and easy....LOVE it!

The A Way With Words release is a great one...I just love this Happy Birthday!

My Card Today for the Paper Pro's Challenge (Food and Drink)

Hi,

It's time for the Paper Pro's challenge and I finally had time to play this month!  Out themes food and drink so I decided to make a Coffee Cup Pop Up and used some Sweet Treat Charms (doughnuts) and the Coffee Charms!

Here is the Front of my card.....

I actually started this card at Retreat in April and decided o finish it the other day :).

The charms are so much fun to use on cards even using them for a little banner is Fun!

Here is the Inside!

I left Room for a Gift card even though I did not photo it with one....I have to find a matching one :)

A little trick I have found when using banners or charms, is to put a little dot of glue in the hole so it still moves but will not flop over backwards if you know what I mean...  :)

Hello Sweet Friend!

Hi,

One of my favorite die sets by Karen Burniston is the Charm Accordion....I love that you make one cut and it creates the whole card base.  It's simple and it is so much fun....
I decided to use the New Sweet Treat Summer Charms with it and also use the Words set #6 Summer.

Karen Burniston Designer Challenge The Great Outdoors!

It's time for the Karen Burniston Designer Challenge, out theme this month is the great outdoors!  I'm using the brand NEW Tent Pop Up along with several other New and older Karen Burniston die sets!
This card is for my brother.....

The patterned paper I used is by SU and very old so I'm sure it must be discontinued....

And the Fun Part!!

I LOVE the Tent....I added a few charms from the Sweet Treats and the Camping Charms on this card. Enjoy is from words #6 Summer and the Square for the message is the New Cross Hatched Squares!!

Focus on A Way With Words by Suzanne Cannon's NEW Release!!

Hi,

Today the Elizabeth Craft Designs design team is focusing on Suzanne Cannon's A Way With Words release that is available today!  I decided to make a baby card with the cute Onesie from the Little Ones set and I also am using the New Welcome die a long with the older Baby from the  Baby Love set!

Here is my card!

I colored the onesies using comic markers and framed them on the stitched rectangles and dotted scalloped rectangles. I used some tiny black and silver glitter dots for the snaps....

Happy 70th a card for my Brother!

Hi,

I made a card for my brother for his 70th Birthday, since he likes to camp the New Tent Pop Up by Karen Burniston was perfect for his card!!

Here is the front:

For the front I used the New Cross Hatch Rectangles a long with Big Happy Birthday and The Numbers dies and the Nature Edges.

I just love this fun set it is perfect for Boys as well as girls ....I know I'll be using it a lot!
