I LOVE The Somewhere Over The Rainbow Kit ... by Erin Lee Creative and I wanted to make a glittery rainbow using papers by ETC papers! The sentiment by Erin Lee is perfect to send to friends :)
Love me a rainbow and add sparkles makes it so much better...... and I love the Magma holographic for the clouds!
