I remember when my Girls were small and half their clothes were neon.....We all had neon Bathing suits too! hero Arts just came out with six neon ink pads....
I had to get them as it brings back great memories....
I wanted to make a Thanks card with my Pop n Cuts die but had no Neon papers..... So I made do by making my own by taking the ink direct to paper and making my own!
I even colored the seam binding with the ink!

Since my sentiment on the front says a Note filled with many Thanks....I thought it was appropriate to use this older Hero Arts Design Block with many Thanks all over it.....
See the green behind the Thanks? I inked the card in the middle so it would be green.

What great bright colours they are too, love them and your card is just wonderful. Will have a look for those inks, not sure if they have reached the UK yet, it would be even better if they glowed in the dark!
