Karen Burniston Designer challenge Up!

Hi,

Karen Burniston started a New format for our monthly challenges starting this month we will have two per month and they will be on Tuesdays instead of Wednesday's!   This month starts the New format and the first challenge with the theme  UP!
I decided to use the Hot Air Balloon Pop Up  by Karen Burniston with a little loose water coloring inspired by my friend Wanda Guess.

Here is the Front of my card:

And the Inside:

I thought it would be fun to use the wings from the Steampunk Charms and put on Virgil  both by Karen Burniston so he could Fly :)

And a Close Up:

I saw Wanda Guess do a Rainbow something like this with loose watercolors and had to give it a try....
All dies and stamps are by Karen Burniston and Elizabeth Craft Designs and are linked below.
Tuesday at Karen's Blog you will get to see ALL the cards by the designers and a video and card by Karen herself!

Miss You Pig Time.....

Hi,

I could hardly wait to get these sweet little Pig stamps by MFT, sadly I have only had time to make one little card so far.  I can't wait to play with the stamps more soon......

Here is my little card....

I got out my Zig Clean Color Brush Pens and water colored the image on Masters Touch Paper.
I framed it all up using the new Dotted Scallop Squares and Stitched Squares by Elizabeth Craft Designs.

I hope to get to play more soon....
Supplies are linked below!
Thank you for stopping and have a Fun day!

A Cascading Tag Birthday card in Masculine Colors!

Hi,

I needed to get a card made for my Son In Law's Birthday.....I'm always stumped when making him a card as he is an Artist too and would look at every little thing... :)
I decided to make him a Cascading Tag card from Karen Burniston's Video HERE. (Using the Adirondack Chair Die in a totally different way, such a fun and clever idea!

I kept the front pretty simple using soft finish card stock and Papers from the Through the Lens collection (Wood) by Els Van de burgt Studio / Elizabeth Craft Designs.  I also added a die from the Gift Card Frame set by Karen Burniston (A Gift For You)

Just Love the Papers, makes for a perfect manly card!

Here is the card opened up!

And a Top Shot:

See how I added the gift card holder from the Gift Accordion set?  That space behind is perfect for that!
I had not used Jolly the Mouse in a while and I love him so he is the Party Animal for this card :)

Here is a Close Up of Jolly:

And the Back of the card......

I'm pretty sure my Son In Law will smile when he gets his card..... :)

My supplies are linked below, Thank you for stopping and have a great day!!
