I just got some Rachelle Ann Miller stamps by MFT for my birthday and couldn't wait to color this cutie up!
She is colored with Copic Markers on Neenah 110 a very simple color....
I decided to put her on a background using my Hero Arts Birthday Message Cover Plate!
