Told you just can't get enough of these sweet images by Reverse Confetti! I'm so far behind on sending cards out and I have a friend that has been through so much while I was in a slump and wanted to send her a card finally!! I used the Circle Tag Book dies and the Heart Pivot Panel by Karen Burniston in her favorite color of blue...
