The Owl and Branch are Whipper Snapper and the Wording and Wood grain is Hero Arts!
The Little Hearts are from a Sizzix/Karen Burniston Movers and Shaper's Die. The Labels and Oval on the Front is made using Karen's New Framelit Dies that match her PNC's!
