I'm a Paper Waster.....I usually just toss all the scraps laying around but today I decided to use a few laying around. I was Inspired by Today's Kick Start Class and How Jennifer uses her scraps and cuts strips and places them on a card.... I have never been very good at this but am giving it a try!

Something about Blue and Orange makes for a Happy Card! I used the new Hero Arts Neon Blue and Orange here.....

Ha! I know you're not a scrap keeper--maybe this will get you to KEEP YOUR SCRAPS and use them! Love the faux washi look! You're rocking the class!
Kelly, Love your card. Had to laugh...I keep the paper scraps....they are in a drawer so I don't have to look at them. I guess I will give the skinny banners a try.
