I'm back from Sonoma and the Races...we had the Best time!! Dale and I went to Qualifying on Friday just the two of us. We must have walked 10 miles that day ( I really needed that though)...The weather was perfect and it was a Fun day just the two of us.
Sunday we went to the Races with 18 Friends that were all staying at the same hotel...it was a Blast.... It was pretty warm and I had to put on sunscreen so I did not fry...We got there at 6 am and got the Barbecue out and made breakfast burritos. Then headed in to watch the air show and the races....I got to get a autograph of Joey Logano...my favorite driver. He is only 20 now and started at 19...the youngest Nascar driver to date.
Then when the race ended we cooked a bunch of meat and had some yummy dinner before we headed back to the Hotel....... It was so nice not having to fight the traffic out of there.....
