I am Playing with the With Sympathy Die set and the Pawprints on your Heart stamp Set and decided to Make a Pop Up card for a friend that just put her dog down.
Here is my card front:
I used the tiny paw print in the set and stamped it using dark chocolate dye ink by Simon Says stamp all over the card base. The with sympathy is such a great die set and I can see myself using it lots. I used versamark and clear embossing powder to make it raised and shiny, same method was used on the scattered hearts. The sentiment on the front is also included in this brand new set.
Here is the Inside:
I decided to use my favorite Simon Dog stamp on the inside a long with some Simon Says Stamp heart dies from various sets (listed below). So many great sentiments in this set, so perfect for a Cat or Dog lover!
I just couldn't stop so here is a simple card I made using the same set and dies
I could not leave the cats out, so here is another one using the set a long with the Furry Cat in the Box stamp by Simon Says Stamp!

Despite their solemn content, your cards are just beautiful. Our family recently lost our beloved dog Zeus after 14 years... it's a very difficult time and cards like these are beautiful way to let someone in pain know you understand. Lovely work!

While it's sad to have to use any sort of sympathy card, I know someone experiencing the loss of a pet would love these. I really like the multi-coloured paw print background on the other card...never thought to mix the colours up before!

Let's hope that Simon has a lot more years left in his life with Heidi and her family...I think he's adorable! Plus, I also have a senior dog (Scout a Male Dachshund), who I adore, plus two puppies I adopted through a rescue group!! When my kids grew up and moved out, was the perfect time to bring them into my life...love them to pieces....
I've already ordered both sets of the new Pups Stamp/Stencils/Dies and a few more goodies, of course. I'm an SSS addict and totally LOVE their exclusives!!
