I'm so Excited to join in on the Little Tangles Challenge this week with a Birthday Theme!
I decided to use the Just For You set by Neat and Tangled for my card!  I am sequin challenged but since Neat and Tangled has so many pretty sequins I decided to though some on my card! :)

I Love all the fun little stamps in this set I used for the background and the Sentiments are so Pretty!
