A Set of Cards.....

Hi,

Yesterday When I saw the Video on the Hero Arts Blog done by Libby Hickson it Inspired me to Play with a Technique I have not done in many years....... Basically you make a little Mosaic or Tiling in a Piece of Card Stock and then Cut Shapes out of the piece you have made.  I added Glossy accents to mine to make them really look like tile and Grout!

Here are the Cards I made yesterday......

That second one I added Distress Stickles to the Whole Heart for a Little Sparkle.....

The Sentiment Stamps are by Hero Arts (Discontinued) and I had thought I lost them and was so Glad when I finally found them as they are my Favorites.....

And because If I give this as a Gift I thought I needed a few Masculine cards so I made These Below!

The Mustashe was cut with my Hero Arts/Archivers Exclusive Die.....I Just Love it!
And since I wouldn't have this set with out Libby getting it for me, I thought it was Appropriate to use it on Libby Inspired Cards!!  :)

Such a Fun Technique...... Go HERE for the Video!

Hope you have a Great Day!!

These are wonderful, Kelly!! I'm so glad you had fun with this technique. I love how shiny yours are - I may have to try ones with Glossy Accents and Stickles, too! Great idea! And thanks for the sweet mention.
