Welcome to Our Nest.....

Hi....so a few Months ago my daughter wanted to do a craft project together.... Her good Friend Jenni started this as she is a real crafty girl and had made one that we both loved.  So I went over and helped Candis on hers  but never got started on my own!  Since Dale is away I have plenty of time to get Crafty....so I decided I needed to get this finished!!  I just have not felt like coloring since he has been gone...miss him....
Anyhow here is my finished Welcome To Our Nest.....

It does not show in the picture...but the frame is painted with a teal daubber and then I went over most of it with Picket Fence Crackle Paint.... I added stickles glitter to the tips of the flowers and the ribbon was dyed with distress stains and distress inks.....The hardest part was wrapping that dang B.....It was a fun project and I feel a sense of accomplishment...now maybe I can color??  Hope you're having a great Sunday!!  Thanks so much for stopping by......

What a fabulous project, Kelly! It looks so cool and I can see where the B would probably be the most difficult of the alphabet to wrap! You do such beautiful work!
Hope you have a great week and get some coloring in!
